Beyond the Heart Kft. Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   This agreement is made between Beyond the Heart Kft. (registered address: 7700 Mohács, Makói utca 10., tax number: HU32741751, email: info@angel-ani.com) and the partners joining the Beyond the Heart Affiliate Program. The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights, obligations, and commission rules of affiliate partners.
   As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com) as an Affiliate.
2. Eligibility Requirements
   2.1. Only legal entities who have reached the age of 18 may join the affiliate program.
   2.2. Acceptance of applications is at the sole discretion of Beyond the Heart Kft.
   2.3 We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
3. Commission and Payment
   3.1. A 6% commission will be paid to the partner for each successful conversion.
   3.2. Commission will be calculated and paid at the end of each month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days. You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
   3.3. Payment will be made via PayPal or bank transfer after the partner issues an invoice to the operator of angel-ani.com based on the provided summary.
4. Cookie Management
   4.1. Affiliate cookies placed on visitors’ computers are valid for 30 days.
   4.2. If a visitor clicks on multiple affiliate links, the commission will be awarded to the partner associated with the last click.
5. Prohibited Activities
   5.1. It is prohibited to engage in false, misleading, or unethical marketing activities.
   5.2. Manipulating conversions in any way is strictly forbidden.
   5.3. Any legal violation related to the program will result in immediate termination.
   5.4 Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
   • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
   • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
   • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
   • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
   • Violation of intellectual property rights. Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com) reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com) in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
   • Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com), however, is acceptable.
   • Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
   • In addition to the foregoing, Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com) reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
6. Affiliate Links
   6.1. You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the Beyond the Heart Kft. (angel-ani.com) site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
   6.2. You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in the Termination section.
7. Liability and Limitations
   6.1. Beyond the Heart Kft. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
   6.2. The program’s terms and conditions may be modified at any time, and partners will be notified of such changes.
8. Termination of Agreement
   7.1. Either party may terminate the cooperation with a 7-day notice period.
   7.2. In case of serious contract violation, immediate exclusion may be applied.
9. Jurisdiction
   8.1. This agreement is governed by both Hungarian and U.S. laws.
   8.2. In case of disputes, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction, but there is an option for reconciliation under U.S. law.

By joining the program, the partner agrees to the above terms and conditions.
