The Service Provider offers the following services:

Sale of online video courses.
Access to private Facebook groups.
Monthly subscription plans, providing access to one new content per week.
Access requires payment via credit card or PayPal or Banks transfer.
- A platform for purchasing and using digital content, allowing users to buy subscriptions and stream pre-recorded audio and video content online for personal use;
- An e-commerce interface where users can purchase online content from the Angel-Ani.com online store; where other online content (including content and services provided by Angel-Ani.com, users of the website, and third parties, as well as communication and community features) can be accessed and used. All of the aforementioned content is collectively referred to as „Services.”
Please read the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the Website carefully.
By accessing and/or using the Website, you accept the site’s terms of service, as well as our terms regarding privacy and the protection of personal data.

During purchase, you are required to provide the following information for invoicing purposes:

Payment

Courses can be purchased via credit card or PayPal or Bank transfer. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased courses. Access to Services

After purchase, the User will gain access to the online courses and private Facebook groups, which offer additional support and community interaction related to the courses.

After placing your order, please check your inbox! You have received an email where you can set the password for your account! Please keep the password and username safe! You can log into your account to view your subscription using your username or email address and your password.

We will verify your payment; this is faster for card payments and a bit slower for other payment methods. In the case of a successful payment, you will see access to the subscribed course within a few hours (1-24 hours) by logging into the DASHBOARD menu on the website.

PArties

Parties
Since the courses are immediately accessible after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content, as access is granted at the moment of payment.

Acceptance of Terms and Binding Effect

Acceptance of Terms and Binding Effect.By accessing and/or using the Website, you agree that the Agreement is binding, regardless of whether you are a „Visitor” (who simply browses the Website) or a „Registered User” (who has registered to use the Website and subscribed to one or more Services). Subscription Fees and Payment.

Subscription Fees and Payment. Access to and use of the Services are subject to a subscription fee („Fee”). The Fee is payable in U.S. dollars. During the initial registration, you must provide your credit card/debit card number or your PayPal account identifier (hereinafter referred to as „payment method”) and other information. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the time of subscription or at the end of the trial period, and thereafter regularly according to the terms of the subscription, thereby authorizing Angel-Ani.com to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. The Fee is non-refundable, except as provided in Section 18 („Term and Termination”) below. Angel-Ani.com reserves the right to change or modify the Fee or payment schedule at any time (including, but not limited to, increasing fees and charges for updates). Plans priced in currencies other than U.S. dollars may be subject to adjustment due to exchange rate fluctuations. Angel-Ani.com will make reasonable efforts to provide you with reasonable notice of any fee changes or modifications, except for changes in exchange rates.

If Angel-Ani.com is unable to process the automatic payment on your payment method for any reason, Angel-Ani.com will attempt to notify you via email, and your account will be disabled until payment is received. You are responsible for notifying Angel-Ani.com of any changes to your payment information and must update your information if your credit card expires. Angel-Ani.com may suspend, terminate, and/or otherwise discontinue your access to the Services if you do not notify Angel-Ani.com.

All Fees are exclusive of any excise, sales, use, transfer, and other taxes and fees imposed by any federal, state, municipal, or other governmental authority in connection with the Services, which taxes you shall be responsible for paying.

You agree to pay your account balance in a timely manner. This paragraph does not limit any other remedies available to Angel-Ani.com. You are required to notify us of any billing issues or discrepancies as soon as they first appear on your payment method’s statement, in writing, by sending a notice to info@Angel-Ani.com. If you do not notify us within 8 days, you waive any right to dispute these issues or discrepancies.

We will send you information regarding your account (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, changes to your password or payment method, confirmation messages, notifications) solely in electronic form, via emails sent to the email address you provided during registration. You agree that any notice, agreement, statement, or other communication sent to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

The content available on the Website and the Services generally consists of:
(a) content owned by Angel-Ani.com, including but not limited to trademarks, trade dress, and the „look and feel” of the Websites, as well as content created and/or acquired and owned by Angel-Ani.com (“Angel-Ani.com Content”);
(b) content owned by third parties that Angel-Ani.com has licensed for specific uses on the Website and the Services (“Third Party Content”); and
(c) content that you upload and/or otherwise make available on the Website and/or the Services (“User Content”). However, content posted by other Registered Users is considered “Third Party Content” between you and other Registered Users. Ownership of Content, License

Angel-Ani.com hereby grants registered users a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to display a single copy of Angel-Ani.com Content and Third Party Content available on our Websites or Services (excluding any software code contained therein) solely for your own, individual, non-transferable, and non-commercial use in connection with viewing our Websites and using the Services during the term of your registration. All such use is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and Angel-Ani.com may terminate this license as specified in this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that you may not use the Website and/or the Services to post or otherwise transmit User Content that:

contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter;
solicits personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18);

If you delete your account before the expiration of a prepaid subscription period, you will forfeit the fees paid for the unused subscription period, which are non-refundable. However, you will still be able to access premium content until the end of your current prepaid subscription period. You acknowledge and agree that the deletion of your account is your sole right and that you have no recourse in any dispute with Angel-Ani.com.

Angel-Ani.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your registered user status, delete your account, and deny you access to the Websites and Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, if you violate the terms of use or if the business of Angel-Ani.com ceases. In the event of business cessation, subscribers will be notified.

In the event of suspension or termination, Angel-Ani.com is not obligated to retain any User Content that you may have posted or otherwise provided, and reserves the right to permanently delete and destroy any of your personal information and/or User Content.

Assignment

This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties’ heirs, executors, administrators, licensees, successors, and/or assigns, as applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge and agree that Angel-Ani.com is fully entitled to assign, sublicense, and/or otherwise transfer and convey this Agreement at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, without providing any compensation to you.
